Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Modun. Early access is offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms. Features described on this site are in active development and may change.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, software, and trademarks, are owned by IliLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Within the Modun ecosystem, the knowledge and plans you generate remain yours.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IliLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
